"Law & Order" mastermind Dick Wolf will receive the Intl. Emmy Founders Award, to be presented by longtime cast member Sam Waterston and newly hired "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" star Jeff Goldblum.
Other presenters include John Waters, Willie Garson ("Sex and the City"), Andrea Roth ("Rescue Me") and Paul Blackthorne ("Lipstick Jungle").
