Nod will be presented to the Imagine Entertainment duo at the 20th annual PGA kudos Jan. 24 at the Hollywood Palladium. The Milestone Award, the PGA's most prestigious honor, recognizes industry leaders for their historical contributions to the entertainment industry.
"Brian and Ron have been leaders in our industry for decades, and their success is equaled by their ability to create content that is both enlightening and entertaining," PGA co-chairs David Friendly and Laurence Mark said.
Grazer and Howard are producers of the current release "Changeling" and the upcoming features "Frost/Nixon" and "Angels & Demons," both of which Howard directs.
"That the Producers Guild of America has chosen to recognize the contributions that we have made as a team and individually as producers is truly an honor, and we are humbled to join to the ranks of the distinguished list of filmmakers who have received the Milestone Award before us," Grazer and Howard said.
Past recipients include Alan Horn, Ron Meyer, Clint Eastwood, Jeffrey Katzenberg, Warren Beatty, Steven Spielberg, Sherry Lansing, Jack Valenti, Robert Wise, Kirk Douglas, Alfred Hitchcock, Jack L. Warner, Louis B. Mayer and Bob Hope.
