With the company prepping the launches of Fox's "Secret Millionaire," CW's "For Better or Worse" and MTV's "Ladette to Lady," RDF USA has upped Mike Duffy to senior VP of development and current and Patrick Agans to director of digital media.
Also at RDF, Sara Hansemann has been named manager of development. Company has also added several more staffers in recent months. Duffy, who first joined RDF in 2007, develops shows and oversees productions such as "Ladette" and Oxygen's "Coolio's Rules." He reports to exec VP Greg Goldman.
Agans, who also joined in 2007, handles Web originals such as Superdeluxe's "Position of the Day" and Atom.com's "Fender Bender Strassen." He also handles online properties such as the interactive version of "Don't Forget the Lyrics." Exec reports to digital media topper Max Benator.
Hansemann, who reports to Goldman, handles nonscripted development.
