De Line's senior VP Andrew Haas, who brought the project in, will exec produce.
Story centers on a hard-charging female ambulance chaser whose mindset makes her the ideal candidate to be the face of a prestigious law firm when an important and powerful client is sued in a sexual discrimination case.
Warner-based De Line produced "Body of Lies" with Ridley Scott and is in post production on "I Love You Man" starring Paul Rudd and Jason Segel and "Observe and Report" with Seth Rogen and Anna Faris. He's also developing "Yogi Bear" with Karen Rosenfelt.
The scripting trio also penned "The Henchmen" at 21 Laps for Sean Levy and Tom McNulty. Mass also co-wrote and starred in 2006 mockumentary "Chalk," which won the Feature Film and Audience award at the Austin Film Festival.
