E! Entertainment has extended the run of latenight talker "Chelsea Lately" through 2009.
Gabber, hosted by comedienne and bestselling author Chelsea Handler, saw its average household rating spike 21% year to year in the third quarter.
Half-hour, which runs weeknights at 11:30 p.m., features Handler leading a roundtable of guests through discussions about entertainment news and celeb culture.
"My life has really improved in the last year, and I'm grateful to have such an IQ-reducing job," Handler said. "I'm also thrilled to no longer be riding a moped."
