Kahn will oversee strategic business operations for the femme-centric online division, reporting to Lauren Zalaznick, prexy of NBC U Women and Lifestyle Entertainment Networks. She fills the vacancy created when Deborah Fine became prexy of digital strategy for U TV Group in August.
Miskin, who reports to Kahn, will be responsible for editorial oversight, product development, community, and partnership maximization of core iVillage sites. She will oversee daily business operations of iVillage U.K. and Astrology.com.
Most recently, Kahn was prexy of global digital media for Readers Digest Assn. Previously, she led Time for Kids and was VP of Time Inc. Interactive for three years, where she led the integration of Time Inc. web properties and AOL. In addition, Kahn has held marketing roles at Time and Sony.
Miskin has been responsible for driving growth at iVillage U.K. She joined iVillage a year ago, after working at companies such as Reed Telemedia and IPC Media, as well as digital media company Excite U.K.
