Dominic Sena is helming from a Bragi Schut screenplay.
"Season of the Witch" tells the story of 14th century knights transporting a girl suspected of being a witch responsible for spreading the Black Plague.
Stephen Campbell Moore, Claire Foy and Robbie Sheehan round out the cast.
Shooting will start in early November in Austria and Hungary.
Relativity exec produced and co-financed the Perlman vehicle "Hellboy II: The Golden Army."
Atlas’ Charles Roven and Alex Gartner are producing.
