Dan Fogler set for 'Rise and Fall'

Noah Bean, Charles Socarides added to play

Tony winner Dan Fogler (“The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”), Noah Bean (“Damages”) and Charles Socarides (“The Marriage of Bette and Boo”) are among the cast of “The Rise and Fall of Annie Hall,” a new play by Sam Forman about a young playwright who wants to make a tuner out of Woody Allen’s 1977 comedy.

Off Broadway production is helmed by Sam Gold, also the director of recent buzzmagnet “Jollyship the Whizbang.”

Produced by Stage 13, “Rise and Fall” will play a three-week run at the Lion Theater on Theater Row, beginning Oct. 24.
