Multihyphenate Mazursky is to receive the org's filmmaker award, only the fourth filmmaker to receive that kudo, after Quentin Tarantino, Gil Cates and Bill Condon.
Maitland becomes the 27th recipient of CAS' highest honor, the career achievement award. His credits span more than 80 films since 1964.
Mazursky and Maitland have worked together on several films, including "An Unmarried Woman," "Tempest" and "Moscow on the Hudson."
The 45th CAS Awards dinner will be held Feb. 14 in the Crystal Ballroom of Los Angeles' Millennium-Biltmore Hotel.
