In his newly created position, Kemp will continue to oversee all casting and talent initiatives for the U.S. production arm of Fremantle. The division's production roster includes "American Idol," "The Price Is Right" and "The Osbournes: Loud and Dangerous."
In his previous role as executive director of casting for FMNA, Kemp is credited for creating judging panels for "America's Got Talent" and "The Next Great American Band," among other reality competish skeins.
Prior to joining FremantleMedia, Kemp served as a freelance casting exec for series including "Nanny 911," "Temptation Island" and "Elimidate."
