TBS is now listed alongside AEG Live as a co-producer of the event, which takes place Nov. 20-22 at Caesars Palace and has been renamed "Very Funny" Festival: The Comedy Festival.
HBO launched the event in 2005.
TBS will tape several specials at the fest, including one featuring DeGeneres, "Ellen’s Even Bigger Really Big Show," as well as the Morgan-hosted "Laffapalooza" and a celebrity roast of Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong.
Others making appearances will include Mike Epps, David Alan Grier, Russell Peters, John Oliver and the Kids in the Hall.
