Prolific scribe Liz Tigelaar (“Brothers and Sisters”) has just sold a pair of projects to the CW and ABC.

At the Dub, Tigelaar is behind the pilot “Light Years.” Down the street at the Alphabet, she has partnered with Berlanti Television to pen “Mystic Confidential.com.”

Hourlong family dramedy “Light Years” follows a 16-year-old who discovers that her birth parents were teens who split after a one-night stand resulted in pregnancy. She finds out her mom’s a morning radio show host and her dad’s a bar owner, and soon they’re all brought together.

Tigelaar will write and exec produce “Light Years,” which comes from ABC Studios. Gary Fleder is aboard to direct and exec produce as well.

Fleder, whose growing Mojo shingle is run by Mary Beth Basile, recently directed the pilot to ABC’s frosh drama “Life on Mars.”

“Mystic Confidential.com” reps one of the first projects to emerge from Berlanti TV since former studio exec Morgan Wandell joined the shingle in the summer.

Drama, which Tigelaar will also write and exec produce, centers on a small-town blog — and how it impacts the way a group of people live their lives.

Wandell, Greg Berlanti and Laurence Mark are also exec producers; ABC Studios is behind it.

Tigelaar, who’s a supervising producer on Berlanti’s “Brothers and Sisters,” previously developed the pilot “Split Decision” at the CW. She also penned screenplay “The Clique” for Warner Premiere and has worked on skeins including “What About Brian,” “Dirty Sexy Money,” “Side Order of Life,” “Kyle XY” and “American Dreams.”
