Euro investment firm Parcom Capital, a subsidiary of ING Group, has acquired a majority interest in the ticketing branch of European legit producing org Stage Entertainment.
The newly formed independent ticketing company will now be called See Tickets Intl., after the Brit ticketing org that was purchased earlier this year by Stage Entertainment’s Stage Ticketing Intl.
Company has a 900-person staff working in most countries on the continent. Topper is Bart van Schriek.
Stage Entertainment maintains a minority holding in See Tickets.
