Helmed by local director Chung Mong-hong, pic is the surreal adventure of a divorced man searching for the owner of a car that is double parked, preventing his exit -- and reunification with his wife.
“Parking” unspooled at Cannes’ Un Certain Regard sidebar this year.
Yang Li-zhou’s documentary “Conquer the North Pole” will be the Chinese-language closing film. “Paris,” by French helmer Cedric Klapisch, is the fest’s foreign-language closer.
