Pic, which is described as a thriller in the vein of "Disturbia," will be produced by Michael Zoumas and his Zoom Entertainment.
Zoumas, who once worked as an exec with Rogue co-prexy Andrew Rona on genre films at Dimension Films, has a first-look deal at Rogue, the genre arm of Focus Features.
Zoumas hatched the idea with Rogue veep Alex Heineman, and they brought it to Adetuyi.
The scribe is repped by WMA and Jason Barrett.
