Japan gets BBC and Telemundo

Telemundo will offer 560 telenovela episodes

TOKYO -- Tokyo-based New Media Group, which operates the World On-Demand IPTV platform in Japan, has added 24-hour news channel BBC World News and NBC Universal's Spanish-language channel Telemundo.

Telemundo will offer 560 episodes of telenovelas including "Dame Chocolate," "Madre Luna," "Tierra de pasiones" and "Pecados ajenos." Subs to the Telemundo SVOD Pack will also be able to access 10 new episodes per month with unlimited viewing.
