Eli Holzman, who developed "Project Runway" as the head and co-founder of Miramax Television, will run the L.A.-based division.
Holzman's credits also include serving as president of Ashton Kutcher's Katalyst Films ("Beauty and the Geek"). As an independent producer, he helped create and exec produce the CW's upcoming Tyra Banks reality skein "Stylista," as well as Bravo's "Art Meets World."
Holzman also has projects in the works at Lifetime, VH1 and Fox Reality Channel.
At Studio Lambert, Holzman and Lambert have already recruited their first hire: Annie Meek ("The Osbournes," "The Mole") will serve as executive in charge of production.
Launched in March as part of the U.K.'s indie TV group All3Media, Studio Lambert will focus on nonscripted programming for U.S., British and international auds. Company has a variety of specials and series in the works for the U.K.
