India writer lab pencils in mentors

Abrams, Rabarts head list of advisers

HONG KONG -- Binger Filmlab director Ido Abrams and artistic director Martin Rabarts head the list of overseas advisers and mentors at the Screenwriters' Lab, run by India's National Film Development Corp. The lab will be held in Goa at the end of November.

Mentors include Sooni Taraporevala (scripter of "The Namesake"), U.K.-based helmer Udayan Prasad ("My Son the Fanatic"), script doctor Franz Rodenkirchen and New Zealand-based producer Philippa Campbell.
