Kujawski, who has been with Focus since it was formed in spring 2002, will remain based in the company's Manhattan offices. In the senior VP spot, he succeeds Tim Spencer, who is leaving the film biz altogether.
Stewart, who joined Focus in 2005, will remain based in London.
Kujawski has handled international hits such as "Brokeback Mountain," "The Constant Gardener" and "Jet Li's Fearless." He previously worked as manager of creative affairs, dealing with production and distribution. He oversaw all soundtrack album rights and negotiations for the likes of "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" and "21 Grams."
Prior to joining Focus, Stewart worked at Renaissance Films Intl. in London.
