Wildfeuer joins co-managing directors Robin von der Leyen and Kerstin Schmidbauer at the division. His main duty will be developing new TV series.
Wildfeuer founded Cologne-based film and TV shingle Typhoon in 1999 with Marc Conrad and also oversaw scripted programming at RTL Television from 1992 to 1998, where he was responsible for the web's hit women's prison drama "Hinter Gittern" (Behind Bars).
At Typhoon, Wildfeuer was in charge of film and TV productions including "Das Experiment," Sat.1's "Die Anstalt" and "GSG-9" and RTL's cop skein "Abschnitt 40."
