The Oscar-winning actress is coming off the summer hit "Iron Man" and will be back with director Jon Favreau, Robert Downey Jr. and Terrence Howard for the sequel mobilizing at Marvel Studios.
Paltrow had been most recently repped by CAA, but has been agent-less for several months. She had been taking meetings and signed with UTA Tuesday afternoon.
Paltrow is still managed by Aleen Keshishian of Brillstein Entertainment Partners.
