He will negotiate the development, acquisitions, production and co-financing deals of both studios' feature and TV biz.
Kramer joined Dimension in 2006 after helming business affairs and operations for Warner Independent Pictures.
"Andrew has been exceptional to work with over the past few years," Bob and Harvey Weinstein said in a press release. "His expertise, history and relationships in the entertainment business make him an invaluable asset to the company."
Kramer will continue to work out of TWC's L.A. digs.
