Fortissimo bites into 'Food'

Film unit acquires rights to documentary

Hong Kong and Amsterdam-based Fortissimo Films has acquired worldwide rights excluding North America to documentary feature “Food, Inc.,” which will world preem at the Toronto Film Festival next month.

Directed by Robert Kenner, the docu probes the growth of big business in the U.S. and how it impacts what we eat. The film was produced by Participant Media and River Road Entertainment.
