
'Pride & Glory' will be one of three pics opening the Woodstock Film Festival on Oct. 2.
"Pride and Glory," Gavin O'Connor's cop drama starring Edward Norton and Colin Farrell, will make its U.S. preem as one of three films opening the Woodstock Film Festival on Oct. 2.
As "Pride" screens in Woodstock, the fest will simultaneously unspool Mike Leigh's comedy "Happy-Go-Lucky" in Rhinebeck, N.Y., while in Rosendale, N.Y., the festival will screen helmer Marc Abraham's "Flash of Genius," starring Greg Kinnear as an inventor battling the auto industry.
The five-day event kicks off Oct. 1 with a concert by Abigail Washburn and the Sparrow Quartet and Bela Fleck. Go to Woodstockfilmfestival.com for more information.
