Alcon co-founders and toppers Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove made the announcement Wednesday.
The shingle noted that Parish had been instrumental in securing its recent production financing totaling $550 million in addition to the five-year extension of its overall distribution deal with Warner Bros.
Parish joined Alcon Entertainment in 2000 as VP of finance and was promoted to chief financial officer in 2004. He'll retain his CFO title and oversee all finance and operations.
Prior to joining Alcon, he spent six years at New Regency as VP of finance and operations.
