Zoda was most recently exec VP at Granada America. Also earning new stripes: Julie Meldal-Johnsen has been given the title senior VP of business development, while Ivan Garel-Jones has been named senior VP of business affairs.
Under the new structure, Meldal-Johnsen's job includes handling scripted and digital programming, while Garel-Jones will focus on non-scripted affairs.
Prexy/CEO Paul Buccieri announced the changes Monday.
"My decision to join Granada America last December was based in large part on the opportunity to work with this team, who have been the cornerstone of Granada America's growth," he said.
Move comes as Granada America continues to look to expand its U.S. presence; that included recently taking a stake in Electric Farm Entertainment.
Granada America, the U.S. production arm of ITV, is behind Fox's "Hell's Kitchen," "Nanny 911" and "Kitchen Nightmares," as well as VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club," Discovery's "Sensing Murder" and A&E's "First 48."
Zoda's previous credits include producing programs for NBC, ABC, Fox, MTV and Lifetime. Meldal-Johnsen first joined ITV in 2001, and has been with Granada America since 2005. Garel-Jones joined ITV in 2000 and joined Granada America in 2004.
Meldal-Johnsen looks after Granada's investments in Electric Farm and Jaffe Braunstein Entertainment, while Garel-Jones oversees a four-attorney team in L.A. and New York.
