The Comcast-owned cable network’s new half-hour will feature fraternal tough guys Craig and Paul Pumphrey — touted as weighing a combined 550 pounds and having police, construction and mixed-martial-arts backgrounds — dismantling everything from cars to houses to boats with their bare hands.
Skein will have a "Mythbusters" feel to it, whereby the brothers, for example, will test the fairytale assertion made by "The Three Little Pigs" that brick houses are harder to destroy than wooden ones.
"Human Wrecking Balls" was developed by Base Prods., with John Brenkus, Mickey Stern and Rob Dorfmann serving as exec producers. Jason King is producer and director of the series.
