Zuriff takes the post after serving as executive producer on Oren Moverman-directed MGC film "The Messenger," which just wrapped. Woody Harrelson, Ben Foster and Samantha Morton star.
Zuriff, a former talent manager who previously worked as exec VP of marketing at Content Partners, is also an exec producer on the MGC project "Olympia," which is being prepped at Columbia Pictures.
"Bryan has a keen understanding of how the business works and a remarkable ability to bring together the right actors and directors with our material," said Gordon, who's in production on the Roland Emmerich-directed "2012" for Columbia Pictures.
Among the other MGC projects Zuriff will be overseeing is "Voltron," a post-apocalyptic action film based on the '80s animated series.
