NDTV Lumiere pacts with Jaman
Deal covers streaming, downloading of 30 films

Agreement covers streaming and downloading of 30 of the net's acquired movie titles, ranging from Mika Kaurismaki's "Amazon," through Im Kwon-taek's "Beyond The Years," to Nanni Moretti's "The Son's Room" and Andre Techine's "Strayed." Users can pay $2 per download and watch the movies over a period of seven days.
Service will be available in India plus six neighboring territories Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Jaman has struck deals with other companies in Asia including Eros Int'l, Fortissimo and STAR's Fortune Star.
NDTV Lumiere is part of the NDTV Imagine entertainment group backed by TV major New Delhi Television and headed by former STAR co-CEO Sameer Nair. Lumiere is headed by Sunil Doshi and former Adlabs boss Manmohan Shetty.
