Greenwald will oversee the development of programs and collaborate with the creative community on behalf of the cabler.
Greenwald joins E! from New Line Television, where she was a senior development exec.
Greenwald joins the networks team headed by Lisa Berger, a group that announced several other moves Wednesday.
The Comcast-owned channel's talent development and casting group, which includes VP Jennifer Danska and director Annie Roberts, will be integrated into Berger's unit.
Meanwhile, Jason Salarnis, who will also work under Berger alongside Greenwald and Damla Dogan, VP of original programming and series development, has been promoted. His title is now director of original programming and series development.
