Segal finds ‘Beauty’

Pustay to adapt dark comedy novel

Oren Segal has optioned Lisa Lerner’s debut novel "Just Like Beauty."

Nick Pustay has been tapped to adapt.

Segal is a manager at Media Talent Group. He raised independent development funds out of China to develop "Just Like Beauty."

Segal is also producing a bigscreen adaptation of Michael Hornburg’s novel "Downers Grove." Bret Easton Ellis has been tapped write. That project is out to directors.
