CAA ballyhoos its new division as combining the entertainment expertise of a talent agency with Bevilacqua, who co-founded College Sports TV and is a partner in SCP Worldwide, and Evolution, which structured such financial deals as the $1 billion harvested by Summit Entertainment, the $525 million chalked up by Marvel Entertainment, and the $500 million cobbled together by United Artists.
