Josh Lucas to star in 'Side Effects'

Tim Robbins to produce, write, direct pilot

Josh Lucas has been cast in the lead role of "Possible Side Effects," a one-hour pilot for Showtime written, directed and executive produced by Tim Robbins.

Lucas will play Max Hunt, who presides over a family-run pharmaceutical business.

Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, Daniel Thomas and Bill Finkelstein are also listed as exec producers.

Production is set to begin in New York City sometime in the fall.l
