Project is a high-action cop show "set in the modern-day wild, wild West," according to insiders familiar with the project. Beyond that, scribes and network are quiet on the concept.
Malkin and Thumann are penning "Crossroads" for Warner Horizon TV and McG’s Wonderland shingle.
The duo’s credits include the Lionsgate feature "Five Fingers," starring Laurence Fishburne and Ryan Philippe, and the NBC pilot "Dirty Work."
Malkin and Thumann scripted the film "Horse," in which Jim Caviezel, Diego Luna and Luis Guzman wlll star and Malkin will direct.
