Set in the summer of 1933, mystery thriller revolves around infamous gangsters Pretty Boy Floyd, Baby Face Nelson and Machine Gun Kelly, who make a pact to put Al Capone in the ground.
Landscape topper Bob Cooper will produce. Clark Westerman and Rodney Wilson are exec producers.
Tome from Westerman ("I, Lucifer") and Chamberlain ("30 Days of Night") was published in May.
Landscape is developing "The Crusaders" for Universal, with Gary Ross directing and Tobey Maguire attached to star. The company is also producing the Walt Becker-helmed "Stealing Time" for Columbia Pictures.
