It Project presented 19 pics from around the world to the jury, comprised of Magnolia Pictures' senior VP Tom Quinn, Japanese director Takashi Shimizu and American producer/festival advisor Roger Garcia.

"It Project" also gave $5,000 to each of five films for post-production support.
They are: Chinese director Xie Dong's "2006 Speed Delivery" and Nathan Adolfson's Philippines/U.S. co-production "The Help," which both won the Moneff Award for editing; Korean helmer Kim Hong-suk's "Removal," which nabbed the sound award; and Taiwanese helmer Kevin Ko's "Starstruck" and Kim Jin-won's "The Devils," which won the Digital Cinemeka Award for CG production.
