MGM legal exec Maria C. Angeletti dies
Her career spanned 30 years at Hollywood studio

Born near Dublin, Ireland, she moved to Los Angeles as a child and then attended University College, Dublin. She worked on films in Italy before returning to Los Angeles, where she went to work for MGM and became a paralegal.
Angeletti later returned to school and obtained a law degree, becoming associate counsel at MGM. She rose to the position of Sr. VP of Corporate Affairs and Assistant Secretary before retiring from a 30 year career at MGM in 2000.
She is survived by her son Kevin.
