TIFF slots 'Appaloosa,' 'Other Man'

'Rachel Getting Married' also to debut

The Toronto Film Festival has slotted five more films, including the world premieres of "Appaloosa," helmer Ed Harris' Western starring Viggo Mortensen and Renee Zellweger, and Richard Eyre's drama "The Other Man," with Liam Neeson playing a husband obsessed with the secret affair his wife (Laura Linney) is having.

Jonathan Demme's comedy with Anne Hathaway, "Rachel Getting Married," gets its North American premiere in the Gala section. Two new French additions to the Special Presentations program are Anne Fontaine's comedy "La Fille de Monaco" and Philippe Claudel's "I've Loved You So Long."

Toronto unspools Sept. 4-13.
