Accord includes such films as "Bobby," "The Nanny Diaries" and "Sicko."
Deal, announced Thursday, adds to TWC's growing international presence following pacts with Asia's Star, Canal Plus in France, ARD in Germany, RAI in Italy and Village Roadshow in Australia.
TWC topper Harvey Weinstein said, "We could not ask for a better partner to share our films with global audiences. This strategic deal perfectly complements our current partnerships in other key markets across the world and we look forward to continuing to grow our international footprint."
SkyItalia programming g.m. Kathryn Fink said, "The Weinstein name is as close as you get to a guarantee for productions of remarkable quality and success."
