Company will continue to publish the majority of Sondheim's catalog, which spans more than 50 years, as well as his future compositions. Sondheim has been with Warner/Chappell since 1992.
Among the Broadway shows in the Warner/Chappell catalog are "Sunday in the Park With George," "West Side Story," "A Little Night Music" and "Sweeney Todd."
Sondheim's "Bounce" will make its New York premiere at the Public Theater in the fall.
