In Slovakia, the company closed a five-title deal that includes Steven Seagal actioner "Ruslan" with commercial webs TV Markiza and TV Joj.
Polish pubcaster TVP picked up 34 titles, including Stephen Daldry's upcoming "The Reader," starring Kate Winslet and Ralph Fiennes; Til Schweiger's German hit "Keinohrhasen" (Rabbit Without Ears); Gerard Depardieu starrer "Hello Goodbye"; and Michael and Peter Spierig's vampire thriller "Daybreakers," with Ethan Hawke.
Poland's Canal Plus Polska also obtained 15 titles.
Hungary's TV2 added 15 firstrun titles to its agreement with EEAP, including Kevin Smith's "Zack and Miri Make a Porno," starring Seth Rogen; theatrical documentary "Meerkats"; and 13 library titles, among them German laffer "Seven Dwarfs" and "Raise Your Voice."
In Russia, A Company struck deals with Channel One, RTR, TV3, TV Center and NTV for bundles that included "The Box," "Keinohrhasen," "We Own the Night," "Two Days in Paris," "Miss Potter" and "Saw 5."
Among A Company's new offerings is Dean Devlin's "Leverage." The TV series, which will air on TNT in the U.S., has already sold to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary and Bulgaria.
