Frantic is a subsidiary of Indian post conglom Prime Focus Group, which also owns Machine, the London-based vfx shop.
Fink will be senior vfx supervisor on projects booked by Frantic Films and will supervise integration of the Prime Focus family of vfx shops, including Frantic's offices in Hollywood and Vancouver; Machine in the U.K.; and facilities in India.
He will work out of Frantic's Hollywood office.
Fink's credits include "X-Men," "X2" and "Braveheart."
