Based in Los Angeles, Grego will spearhead print and digital initiatives for the weekly magazine, a Variety sister publication.
Grego comes to B&C from the Hollywood Reporter, where she was editor of HollywoodReporter.com. Before joining THR last year, Grego worked as an editor for TV Week and a TV reporter for Variety. She also served a previous stint as a reporter at B&C.
Grossman called Grego "one of the most-liked and most-respected people in our business."
