Turner will develop licensing and merchandising opportunities for the cable channels' brands, working closely with Bravo and Oxygen's programming, production, marketing and digital departments.
Previously, she was VP of drama programming at Universal Media Studios, where she spearheaded the creative production of hourlong series including "Crossing Jordan," "The Black Donnellys" and "Friday Night Lights."
Turner's resume also includes a senior exec stint at ABC, where, as director of current programming, she oversaw the creative execution of series including "Desperate Housewives," "Lost" and "Grey's Anatomy."
