Wyatt will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations and financial activities as well as strategic planning, business development, production finance and management of the company's senior credit facility with JPMorgan Chase.
Wyatt served as chief operating officer of Tribeca Entertainment for more than six years and was involved in the creation and oversight of the Tribeca Film Festival. She was most recently COO of Withoutabox during its merger with IMDb/Amazon.com and also managed Film Independent.
Kurian joined Intrepid upon its launch in December of 2005 from JK Livin Prods.
Intrepid has a nonexclusive first-look deal with Universal and Rogue and recently released "The Strangers." It produces and finances three to five pictures per year in the thriller, action, horror and comedy genres. Pics target the 12- to 34-year-old audience.
