Gillian Anderson keeps 'Doll's House'

Actress returns to London stage for Ibsen play

Gillian Anderson will return to the London stage next spring as Nora in a new version at the Donmar Warehouse of Henrik Ibsen’s “A Doll’s House,” adapted by Zinnie Harris and directed by Kfir Yefet, making his Donmar debut.

Anderson’s previous London theater credits include “What the Night Is For” at the Comedy Theater and “The Sweetest Swing in Baseball” at the Royal Court.

Under artistic director Michael Grandage, the Donmar has become a specialist at staging new adaptations of Ibsen’s plays, presenting “The Wild Duck” in 2005 and “John Gabriel Borkman” in 2007.
