This week saw "Jersey Boys" migrate to Cleveland, taking in $1,348,876 -- up from the previous week at a smaller venue in Cincinnati.
Notable progress was made by "High School Musical," which pulled in about $375,000 more than last week for a total of $810,041, and the newly opened San Antonio production of "Monty Python's Spamalot," which took in $1,034,607, around $155,000 up from last week.
Not all of the tuners saw big increases. "The Phantom of the Opera" moved to Tulsa, and its numbers fell more than $210,000, bringing its total to $851,752. And "Mamma Mia!" opened in Hershey, Pa., banking $858,183, down more than $195,000 from last week in Atlanta.
Last week's champ continued its reign, moving from Rochester to Buffalo, N.Y. "Wicked" pulled in $1,367,361 -- up from last week and the highest gross of the week once again.
