Ovation TV pacts with StageVision

Company to provide content for network

Ovation TV will provide content for StageVision, a digital net owned by the National Corporate Theater Fund, which distributes content that is broadcast in the lobbies of regional theaters. In return, NCTF member theaters will be featured in 60-second interstitials on Ovation.

The Shakespeare fest at San Diego’s Old Globe, “Little House on the Prairie” at Minneapolis’ Guthrie Theater and the upcoming season’s programming at Providence’s Trinity Rep will each be featured in the interstitial spots, according to NCTF exec director Bruce Whitacre. The interstitials will begin airing on Ovation this month.
