Vertigo Entertainment's Doug Davison and Roy Lee will produce. Gabriel Mason, who developed the pitch with O'Neil, will be exec producer.
Pitch is in the vein of "The Fast and the Furious."
O'Neil is rewriting "Homecourt Advantage" for Warner Bros. and producer Joel Silver. His script "Bull Rush" is being developed at Newmarket Films.
Vertigo just produced "The Strangers." Up next is "Quarantine," which Screen Gems releases Oct. 17.
