Citing "differing views about the future direction of Bavaria Media," the company said that Kraemer had vacated her post on Thursday by mutual agreement.
Kraemer will be replaced by Rolf Moser, who led the company from 1997 to 2000. Moser will, nevertheless, remain managing director of another Bavaria unit, Bavaria Sonor.
